Processing and Delivery
Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch, where the selected delivery service supports that estimate. These are separate periods and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Contact service@luntivo.com promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. We will try to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered dispatch. Requests after delivery are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, without limiting mandatory legal rights. Do not return goods without first receiving instructions.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute harmful code, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict abusive activity where lawful and proportionate.
